This year I was blessed to have found the best great horned owl nest to date. It was my first time witnessing and photographing 3 baby great horned owls, I have only ever seen nests with 2. I also got to witness Dad bring prey to the nest and I got to watch the eldest take flight for the first time.
Due to my 8 year battle with lyme disease & fibromyalgia, I don't have the energy or health to be out in nature every day, so I conserve my energy for what speaks to my heart and soul the most β₯ owls β₯

Nah, Heather, he just wants to give you "FIVE"!!! LOL!! Now sister there, that could be her calling and wants to practice! But after one whiff of brother's foot, says, "I don't think so!!!"
