I firmly believe that owls can sense one's soul, just as other animals can judge if a person is good or evil. In this photo it was just me and the owl, I felt as if he was reading my aura, once he did, he let me have 3 hours alone watching him :)
There are no words to describe what it is like to sit/stand in a forest all afternoon watching the brilliance of such a beautiful and rare owl. I watched him cough up a pellet this day (it's in my freezer) preen, stretch, hunt, eat, sleep & so much more.
