This little darling northern hawk owl I spent almost 3 months with last winter, I named him Hawkey. Lots of times people ask me what my favorite owl is & that's just impossible to answer. I can answer a favorite from each species I had a special connection or bond with. This is the 6th northern hawk owl I have seen in my lifetime & I know deep within my heart no other hawk owl can top what this darling gave to my mind, heart & soul.
