Out Of The Ordinary ~ 08/07/2017
I am patient and kind. I will give you my last dollar and my artwork for free. I like to see people smile & I like making a difference, no matter how small.
There are times where the inner switch is flicked (triggers) & temporarily the sweetness fades and in comes the storm. In the moment I don't even realize that flick of the switch, but it is as if I am in battle and I don't recognize the difference between the past & the present.
After the storm passes and I over analyse what happened I realize the present situation was a mere trigger due to an unresolved issue from the past. I end up apologizing with all my heart & I ask for forgiveness.
I wish I could lay the past to rest. It still haunts me in the most unexpected times.
A collaboration between the brilliant Bridgett Ferguson and myself.
Dedicated to Steve, thank you for weathering all the storms when they come.

And this of the 3 is my very favorite !!!I knew immediately what it was you wanted to say with the lightening flashing through your portrait. You so perfectly said what we all as humans visit with our rage . And we all have pasts which haunt and visit, bringing its fangs and venom. Wonderful work and description.fav,tw

I identify with your sentiments, Heather. One can only try to learn from our past and resolve to do and be better in the future! Know we care. Know you are loved!....fav / like
Heather King replied:
You can identify with my sentiments Jerry? It's really difficult at times when one becomes triggered and lashes out on a loved one. I'm learning & trying. I know you and Janet care so much and love me and I can't put into words what the both of you mean to me, you shine so much love & light into my world, into my heart sometimes I just sit back in utter awe, astounded that my path has crossed with both of yours. Thank you all that you say my dear friend :)

She is COURAGE! To be so vulnerable and to open yourself up like you expressed takes courage. I will have to send an email to you in what you expressed. Your OWLS are the CALM before the storm. Steve reminds me of the words at Proverbs 18:24, "There are companions ready to crush one another, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother." So glad you have him.
Heather King replied:
You are radiating so much love and kindness again dear Janet ♥ Bless your sweet soul for what you said. I look forward to the email my dear sweet friend ♥ I am very lucky to have him as a friend, I thank God every day.
