I have been eternally blessed beyond my wildest dreams with the privileged of being able to spend so much time with this beautiful Northern Hawk Owl on the days my body and pain allow me to.

Quebec, Canada

Last year Steve drove me INCREDIBLY far and we found 4 of these beauties.

Luckily this beautiful angel isn't that far, I can almost visit him/her every day if I pleased. I have kept this a secret for almost a month.

Here is some information about this beautiful owl, minus his tail and head he's the size of an apple.

In the northern forest, a lucky observer may spot this long-tailed owl perched upright at the top of a spruce. Rather hawklike in both appearance and behavior, it often hunts by day. Going from tree to tree, it flies fast and low, swinging up at the last moment to alight on the topmost twigs. The occasional Hawk Owl that wanders into the northeastern United States in winter may remain for weeks, attracting birders from far and wide.
